Nachbearbeitung

Am Anfang steht die Frage: Was sind die Anforderungen und welchen Zweck sollen die Aufnahmen erfüllen. Steht dies fest, kann entschieden werden, mit welchen Mitteln und welchem Aufwand die Aufnahmen sinnvoll umgesetzt werden können. Nach der ersten Abstimmung erfolgen Angebot, Planung und Terminfindung.

Bildbearbeitung und Retuschen

Nach dem Shooting beginnt der zweite Teil der Produktion: Sind die Aufnahmen erfolgreich abgeschlossen schließt sich der Prozess der Nachbearbeitung an. Für ein optimales Ergebnis, sind eine Reihe von Arbeitsschritten erforderlich, um aus den Rohdaten veröffentlichungsreife Bilder zu erhalten. Dazu gehört neben der Selektion der besten Aufnahmen die RAW-Entwicklung der ausgewählten Dateien. Dabei wird jedes Bild individuell "Entwickelt". Die Optimierung umfasst die Optimierung von Farben, Tonwerten, dem Bildausschnitt, Helligkeitsanpassungen und im Einzelfall kleine Retuschen. Je nach Auftrag können kann es sinnvoll sein, zwischen den Arbeitsschritten Ergebnisse online zur Freigabe oder zur Absprache von Änderungswünschen auszutauschen.

Manche Aufträge im Bereich der Werbung erfordern Techniken, die über die übliche Nachbearbeitung hinaus gehen. Dazu gehören z.B. aufwändigere Retuschen, Fotomontagen bzw. das Zusammenfügen von Elementen aus verschiedenen Fotos zu einem Composing um ein gewünschtes Ergebnis zu erzielen.
In einzelnen Fällen kann es sein, dass es einfacher oder günstiger ist, eine bestimmte Aufgabenstellung in der Postproduktion zu lösen, anstatt einen sehr viel höheren Aufwand bei der Aufnahme zu treiben, um ein gleiches oder ähnliches Ergebnis zu erzielen. Vertrauen Sie auf meine über 25jährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit Photoshop und den entsprechenden Techniken.

Immobilien lassen sich heute mit 360grad-Kameras dreidimensional aufnehmen. Dadurch ergeben sich verschiedene Vorteile für den Kunden. Räumlichkeiten oder ganze Wohnkomplexe können eindrucksvoll und realitätsnah präsentiert werden, die Daten können aber auch als Grundlage für die Weiterverarbeitung für Planer und Architekten dienen.

Mit virtuellen Rundgängen durch Gebäude, lassen sich Wohnobjekte oder Geschäftsräume besonders intuitiv und realistisch präsentieren. Auch im Bereich der Denkmalpflege oder Sanierungsplanung sind solche Momentaufnahmen vom aktuellen Gesamtbild einer Immobilie sehr nützlich um den Status Quo einer Bestandsimmobilie mit allen Details in den Innenräume dauerhaft festzuhalten.

Ist die Immobilie einmal dreidimensional aufgenommen worden, können aus den Daten des "Virtuellen Zwillings" im weiteren Verlauf z.B. auch Pläne und Grundrisse für die weitere Planungsarbeit oder Präsentationen erstellt werden.
